2 arrested for violation, domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Terraina Lanae Wheeler, 32, for a harassment restraining order violation and Obec Benjamin Bol Gai, 35, for domestic assault after a harassment/stalking complaint was filed at 10:07 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave. Police issued Wheeler a citation for misdemeanor harassment restraining order violation.

 

1 cited for underage drinking

Police cited Alana Ryannan Morales, 19, for underage drinking after an unknown emergency was reported at 10:18 p.m. Thursday at 1204 Plainview Lane.

 

Thefts reported

Theft by credit card was reported at 2:36 p.m. Thursday at 10779 660th Ave. in the Emmons area.

An issued payroll check was reported fraudulently cashed at 9:53 a.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

A push-out involving a cart with at least one Xbox was reported at 2:13 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The suspect allegedly pushed a greeter out of the way.

 

Tobacco violation reported

A tobacco violation was reported at 10:29 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.
