Donor to double kettle contributions

On Saturday, donations made to any Salvation Army red kettle in Albert Lea will be doubled, according to a press release.

There are four kettle locations in Albert Lea: Hy-Vee, Shopko, MarketPlace Foods and Bomgaars.

An anonymous donor has agreed to provide up to $20,000 in matching funds  for Saturday only.
