Theft by fraud reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 10:50 a.m. Monday at 18425 690th Ave. A fraudulent letter was received in the mail referencing U.S. Department of Transportation fees being past due.

 

Assault reported

A report of a male shoving a woman against a wall was filed at 7:22 p.m. Monday at 209 Hillcrest Drive in Clarks Grove. He was allegedly intoxicated at the time of the incident. No arrests were reported.

 

1 arrested on warrant, drug possession

Albert Lea police arrested John Anthony Garza on a local warrant and fifth-degree drug possession after counterfeit activity was reported at 2:44 p.m. Monday at Domino’s Pizza, 910 S. Broadway Ave.
