Samuel Josiah Adams-Kortz, 21, 2109 Highland Ave. Count 1: Careless driving. Sentenced to 60 days. Stay 60 days for one year. Fees $980. Count 2: DWI – alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours. Dismissed.

Calen Joseph Hoelscher, 19, 1009 Martin Road. Count 1: Driver who is not owner must later produce proof of insurance. Fees $280.
