2 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Lilly Ann Garcia for domestic assault after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 5:21 p.m. Monday at 215 Court St.

Albert Lea police arrested Anna Nyaboth Wakow for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday at 1308 Margaretha Ave.

3 arrested on warrants

Police arrested a girl on a warrant after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 3:11 p.m. Monday at 1423 Spartan Ave. She was brought to court.

Police arrested Karen Marie Decker on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 4:15 p.m. Monday at 258 S. Pearl St. A formal complaint was expected for driving after revocation.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Nicholas David McPherson, 33, on a local warrant at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday at 215 McKinley St. in Manchester.

 

Thefts reported

Identity theft was reported at 10:26 a.m. Monday at 121 Willamor Road. An identity was reported used in Ankeny, Iowa.

A report of a female having problems getting public benefits was filed at 2:39 p.m. Monday at 223 1/2 E. College St.

A checkbook was reported stolen at 5:03 p.m. Monday at 143 W. Clark St.

A theft report was filed at 5:08 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

 

Thefts reported

Three thefts with a value of more than $500 were reported at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday at Home Depot, 2400 Consul St. The incident allegedly happened March 4. The store’s Regional Asset Protection Department was working to identify the three suspects.

An outside faucet was reported turned on at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday at 433 Crescent Drive. The alleged victims reportedly noticed the incident when they returned from a two-week vacation. The city reportedly advised them that they had used 87,000 gallons of water. Loss was estimated at $200.

A $44.15 gas drive-off was reported at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at Nielsen’s Gopher Stop, 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove. The suspect was described as a white female with blonde hair. The vehicle was last seen heading south on Interstate 35.

A purse was reported stolen out of a car at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday at 1905 Bayview Drive.

 

Dog bite reported

A dog bite was reported at 8:07 p.m. Tuesday at 11864 James St. in Glenville. The incident allegedly occurred Tuesday afternoon.
