Two teenagers were injured Tuesday in a three-vehicle, rear-end collision south of the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Hammer Road.

Grace Okland, 17, of Lake Mills and Natali Galvin, 16, of Albert Lea sustained injuries deemed not life-threatening. It is unclear whether the two girls were taken to the hospital.

Okland was driving a Ford Fusion north on Bridge Avenue at about 35 mph when she applied her brakes, reducing her speed to about 30 mph before striking a Honda Pilot driven by Bidit Luak, 43, from Albert Lea, south of the intersection with Hammer Road, according to Albert Lea police. The Pilot was then reportedly pushed into a Ford Explorer driven by Christine Lawson, 47, of Glenville.
