Boys’ hockey wraps up with awards banquet

Four Tigers were given team awards at the banquet. Cole Wentzel won the Hobey Baker Character Award and MVP, Carson Goodell won the Mr. Hustle award, Campbell Cichosz won the Tiger Spirit award and Jack Edwin won the Most Improved award. - Provided

The Albert Lea boys’ hockey team had its annual postseason banquet Sunday night. Conference winners included Cole Wentzel, All-Conference; Carson Goodell, All-Conference honorable mention; Campbell Cichosz, All-Conference; Jaxon Heilman, All-Conference and All-Academic Conference; and Blake Ulve, All-Conference honorable mention. – Provided
