3 arrested on warrants and other reports

Thefts reported

Makeup was reported stolen at 6:39 a.m. Friday at 201 W. Main St.

A purse was reported stolen out of a vehicle in a parking lot at 9:38 p.m. Friday at 1704 Sunset St. Credit cards, bank cards, medication, a passport, cellphone, checks and a taser were reported missing.

A juvenile was reportedly cited for theft at 1:35 p.m. Sunday at Dollar General, 201 W. Main St. Two juveniles were trespassed from the store.

A computer and PlayStation4 were reported stolen from an apartment at 6:23 p.m. Sunday at 133 W. William St.

A cell phone was reported stolen at 6:25 p.m. Sunday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

 

2 cited after traffic stop

Police cited Trenton Allen Lester for drug paraphernalia and Wesley John Brandt for paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana  after a traffic stop at 11:32 p.m. Friday at 2751 E. Main St.

 

3 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Joel Michael Johnson on a local warrant after a traffic stop at 11:15 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Y.H. Hanson Avenue and Hammer Road. He was also cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.

Police cited Edwin Kendale Nyman on a local warrant after a traffic stop at 8:26 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of West Front Street and Spark Avenue.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Miguel Angel Munos, 30, on a local warrant at 3:42 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

1 arrested for fifth-degree possession

Brilayne Johnelle Garcia was booked and released for fifth-degree possession after a traffic stop at 12:58 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Seventh Street and South Broadway.

 

Hit-and-run reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 4:26 p.m. Sunday at 214 Elizabeth Ave.

 

2 arrested, held on charges

Police arrested Kenneth James Savoy and Meranda Lynn OConnor after a traffic stop at 4:03 a.m. Monday near the intersection of St. Peter Avenue and Johnson Street. Police logs state they were both held on multiple charges.

 

Items illegally dumped in ditch

A couch and a dryer were reported in a ditch at 7:46 a.m. Sunday at 65041 330th St.

 

Grass fire reported

A grass fire was reported at 5:40 p.m. Sunday at 72129 221st. St.
