Cars broken into

A car was reported broken into at 10:50 a.m. Thursday at 636 Marshall St. A dash cam estimated at $70 was reported stolen. The theft reportedly took place between 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

A car was reported tampered with at 11:09 a.m. Thursday at 600 Johnson St. Nothing was missing.

Juvenile cited for drug paraphernalia

A juvenile was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:11 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
