Project: Power of Produce

Report: The Power of Produce club is a program for children offered at the farmers market in which children between the ages of 4 and 12 receive a $2 token to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables. The intent is to engage children at the farmers market and to empower them to make healthy food choices. It also aims to increase family participation at farmers markets, increase vendor revenue and build healthier communities.
