Car break-ins reported
A car was reported broken into at 8:15 a.m. Monday at 1220 E. Hawthorne St.
A vehicle was reported rummaged through at 10:55 a.m. Monday at 115 South Lane. The incident took place overnight.
Fraudulent checks reported
Two fraudulent checks were reported at 8:59 a.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
Police received a report at 9:22 a.m. Monday of check from a deceased person that was forged.
Windows broken
Windows were reported broken out of a business at 10:12 a.m. Monday at 226 E. Clark St. Damage was estimated at $500. The damage took place sometime between Friday and Monday morning.
Ladder stolen
An extension ladder was reported stolen at 4:21 p.m. Monday at 422 E. Fourth St.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Jamie Lee Tippery, 36, on a local warrant at 10:37 p.m. Monday at 1405 W. Clark St.
Police arrested Randy Leon Rippentrop on a Worth County warrant at 10:58 p.m. Monday at 420 Court St.
3 juveniles cited for violations
Three juveniles were cited for curfew violations after police received a report of three juveniles looking into vehicles at 11:55 p.m. Monday at 1034 Abbott St. One of the juveniles was also cited for underage drinking.
