William Gordon Anderson, 83, of Iowa passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019.

William spent 20 years in Arizona, enjoying his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed remodeling homes during his time in Arizona.

William was born Dec. 8, 1936, in Scarville, Iowa.

He is survived by his two daughters, Paula Chavez and her husband, Michael, of Chandler, Arizona, and Elizabeth Grant and her husband, Arne, of Gilbert, Arizona; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, LaVonne Anderson; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents William and Hazel Anderson; sisters Violet, Maxine, Mary Lou, Doris and Edith; and brothers Curtis, Paul, Virgil, Darrell, Gary and Dennis.
