Man injured when semi blows over on I-35

A Wisconsin man was injured Saturday morning when the wind blew over the semi he was driving on Interstate 35.

Dean David Freimund of Barron, Wisconsin, 54, was taken by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with an injury deemed not life-threatening, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The State Patrol indicated the 2012 Kenworth semi was traveling southbound on I-35 south of Albert Lea shortly right before 11 a.m. when it was blown into the median ditch.
