In celebration of World Breastfeeding Month, Freeborn County Public Health will host a breastfeeding in the park event from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday in Edgewater Park.

According to a press release, there will be light snacks and water available as well as a photographer who will take pictures of families in attendance.

The event is offered with the help of Freeborn County Women, Infants and Children breastfeeding peer counselors Bethany Hamberg, Mutha Khee and Natalie Ortega. The event is open to the public.
