United Methodist Church of Albert Lea will host a workshop called “Rebuilding” for anyone who is experiencing the loss of a relationship from a breakup or divorce. The group will meet weekly at 6:30 p.m. Mondays beginning Sept. 16 for 12 to 15 weeks.

According to a press release, it will use Bruce Fisher’s book, “Rebuilding: When Your Relationship Ends,” which features proven-effective steps for putting one’s life back together after a break up or divorce. Topics include dealing with feelings of anger, loneliness, rejection and guilt. The group will talk about practical concerns such as money and helping family members adapt.

Everyone is welcome to attend. The group is friendly and nonjudgmental and supports each other as they heal and move on, the release stated.
