St. John’s Lutheran Community welcomes new team member

St. John’s Lutheran Community in Albert Lea announces a recent addition to its leadership team, according to a press release.

Kathy Woodside

Kathy Woodside joins the organization as director of public relations, fund development and volunteers. Woodside’s first week with the organization began Nov. 4.

“I am excited to be part of the team of professionals at St. John’s Lutheran Community,” Woodside said. “I look forward to promoting this beautiful and thriving community.”

Woodside has spent over 20 years in marketing and graphic design. She is the past creative director at the Albert Lea Tribune.

Woodside resides in Freeborn County with her husband, Jon; son, Brandon; and dog, Bella. She is also is an active member of the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.

“St. John’s offers two beautiful campuses with all of the luxuries to enhance life for all residents,” she said.

St. John’s Lutheran Community is home to many seniors who receive short-term care, skilled-nursing care, independent living, assisted living and memory care services. The campuses offer public tours and many public community events.
