3 arrested for drunken driving
Deputies arrested James Robert Hayes Vierkant, 26, for driving while intoxicated, felony fourth-degree assault, obstruction, possession of a small amount of marijuana and no Minnesota driver’s license after a traffic crash at 3:35 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 near mile marker 13.
Deputies arrested Adam Dwayne Fishel, 47, for third-degree driving while intoxicated test refusal after receiving a report at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday of a man who was in the ditch north of 780th Avenue in Clarks Grove.
Police arrested Spencer Troy Sternhagen, 31, for driving under the influence, open bottle and no Minnesota driver’s license after a reported domestic incident at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday at 121 W. Hawthorne St. Heather Rae Beckius, 41, was arrested for domestic assault.
Hit-and-run crash reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:48 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of East 11th Street and Margaretha Avenue.
3 arrested after traffic stop
Deputies arrested Brie Louise Walters, 20, for driving after suspension after a traffic stop at 11:51 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 251 and North Island Circle. Two juvenile females were arrested for underage drinking. One of the juveniles was also arrested for fleeing on foot and a Dakota County warrant.
1 arrested on warrant
Raul Alejandro Leon, 20, was arrested in Scott County Friday on three local warrants and a Faribault County warrant, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.
Thefts reported
Police received a report at 5:46 p.m. Sunday of someone stealing packages from a residence at 1100 Abbott St.
Police received a report at 2:22 p.m. Friday of three full carts of items that were reportedly pushed out of Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave., without being paid for. The suspect vehicle was a silver Mountaineer.
Police received a report of a male who reportedly stole a phone case, a Mellow Yellow and a stapler at 6:47 p.m. Friday at Walmart.
Man cited for drug possession
Police cited Zechariah David Livingston, 19, for possession of a legend drug and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop at 11:51 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Johnson Street and Pillsbury Avenue.
