The next North Central Iowa Genealogical Society monthly meeting will be at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 11 in the upper level of  NCIGS Library, Masonic Temple, 75 S. Georgia in Mason City, according to a press release. The meeting is free and open to the public.

Several society members will highlight some of the group’s collection contents. Attendees are encouraged to learn how to optimize their research through both the group’s hardcopy and online access, the release stated.
