1 cited after fight at school

A juvenile male was cited for assault and disorderly conduct after a reported fight at 8:07 a.m. Monday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St.

 

Man arrested after vehicle chase

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jamie John Kujak, 31, for felony fleeing in a motor vehicle, felony possession of burglary tools, misdemeanor possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and misdemeanor driving after revocation after a vehicle pursuit that started in Worth County and ended in Freeborn County early Monday morning on Interstate 35 south of Albert Lea.

 

Attempted break-in reported

An attempted break-in was reported at 10:39 a.m. Monday at 601 W. Clark St.

 

Identity theft, fraud reported

Police received a report of identity theft at 10:19 a.m. Monday.

Police received a report at 12:42 p.m. Monday of a bank account that had been fraudulently set up in someone’s name.

Police received a report at 2:32 p.m. Monday of a fraudulent credit card that had been set up.

 

Woman arrested on warrant

Police arrested Nichole Marie Segura, 47, on a warrant at 3:58 a.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway in Albert Lea.
