Credit card, check fraud reported

Deputies received a report at 1:07 p.m. Friday of credit card fraud.

Deputies received a report at 7:07 p.m. of a person whose computer was hacked and who had her credit card information stolen.

Deputies received a report of check fraud at 4:14 p.m. Sunday at 23087 Minnesota Highway 13.

Three bad checks were reported at 2:29 p.m. Friday at Napa Auto Parts, 1710 E. Main St.

 

1 arrested for DWI

Deputies arrested Ronald Irvin Rofshus, 55, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a crash at 11:34 p.m. Friday at 77436 180th St. in Albert Lea.

 

6 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Jorge Valdes on Steele County warrants at 7:37 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Fountain Street and First Avenue in Albert Lea.

Police arrested Chris Aaron Lynne, 40, on a local warrant after a traffic stop at 3:31 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 46 and Lake Chapeau Drive.

Police arrested Ashley Marie Estrada on two local warrants at 7:18 p.m. Saturday at 160 Bridge Ave.

Deputies arrested Johnny Juan Molina, 35, on a local warrant at 4:33 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 46 and 680th Avenue.

Police arrested Adam Robert Burt, 33, on a warrant at 4:16 p.m. Friday at 1211 St. Joseph Ave.

Police arrested Javier Torres, 34, on a warrant at 4:41 p.m. Saturday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Brandon Stanley Johnson, 37, for domestic assault at 1:43 a.m. Tuesday at 2320 Hendrickson Road.

 

3 hit-and-run crashes reported

Police received a report of a hit-and-run crash at 9:12 a.m. Monday. The owner of the car stated he was not sure where the incident happened. Damage was estimated at $3,000.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 5:08 p.m. Monday at 613 Edgewood Ave.

Police received a report of a hit-and-run crash at 5:54 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Frank Hall Drive and South Shore Drive. Dennis Martin Jensen, 81, was cited.

 

Thefts reported

Police received a report of a side mirror that was reported stolen from a motor home at 12:33 p.m. Monday at 2610 Hi Tech Ave.

Baby formula was reported stolen at 3:19 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Items were reported stolen from a house at 4:10 p.m. Sunday at 1211 St. Joseph Ave.

Police cited Vera Mae Willey, 76, for shoplifting at 3:26 p.m. Saturday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

 

Oven fire reported

An oven fire was reported at 11:21 a.m. Sunday at 713 W. Front St.
