1. Pheasants Forever Banquet

The 27th annual South Central Minnesota Pheasants Forever banquet will be Saturday at Chevrolet of Albert Lea. Banquet admission includes dinner, social hour, games, auctions, raffles and the opportunity to make a difference for habitat and conservation education in the community. Social hour begins at 5 p.m., and dinner will take place at 7 p.m. Prizes include several guns, as well as hunting and fishing trips. Contact 507-383-4458 for ticket information.

 

2. International Women’s Day yoga

Take part in the global celebration for International Women’s Day with yoga from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at The Meraki Studios. International Women’s Day embraces and celebrates the many achievements of women around the world. The cost for the slow-flow class is $12, and participants can register at themerakistudios.com/yoga to secure their spot in the class. Bring a water bottle and mat.

 

3. Roy Orbison tribute

David K as Roy Orbison will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Marion Ross Performing Arts Center. David K has been performing for decades as a versatile Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online at actonbroadway.com or by calling 1-877-730-3144. The box office also opens two hours before the performance on show day.

 

4. 3-D indoor archery tournament

The last 3-D indoor archery tournament of the year will take place from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at Full Draw Archery Club of Albert Lea at 131 S. Newton Ave. The cost for the event is $10 per person. Everyone is welcome.
