Delores Jean Redman, 76, of Wells died Sunday, March 1, 2020, in Hawaii while visiting family.

Delores Jean Redman’s Mass of Christian burial service has been postponed until Minnesota public gathering bans have been lifted. The family thanks you for your understanding at this critical time everyone is facing. Funeral services will be in the future and information will be updated at a later date.

Delores Jean was born Feb. 1, 1944, the daughter of Joe and Hattie (Pilacyznski) Parker.

She was united in marriage to Clifford Redman on Dec. 1, 1962, at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells, and to this union seven children were born.

Delores was a strong Christian. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Delores never forgot a birthday or an anniversary of her loved ones. She was a member of the Freeborn American Auxiliary and very involved with volunteering at St. Casimir’s Church. She was a good caregiver, not only to her children, but also devoted her life to caring for her husband.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cliff, in 2018; son, Randy Redman; great-granddaughter, Rhyleigh Hartel; and step-grandson, Michael Templer.

Delores is survived by her three daughters, Sandra (Jim) Johnson of Freeborn, Debra (Duane) Lindely of Mankato and Dawn (Hector) Caballero of Faribault; three sons, Richard (Kim) Redman of Wells, Robert Redman of Albert Lea and Ronald (Denise) Redman of Alden; 14 grandchildren, Dan Lindely of Blaine, Derek Lindely (fiancee, Megan Murray) of Mankato, Jamie Johnson, Cassandra Toledo and Jordan Johnson, all of Freeborn, Desiree Caballero (fiance, Marc Schumann) of Hawaii and Amber Caballero of Mankato, Jessica (Logan) Fendrich and Joe Redman, both of Wells, Shawn Redman of Albert Lea, Abbey Redman of Wells, Stephanie and Blake Redman of Albert Lea and Jack Redman of Alden; great-grandchildren Taybor Conley, Kylie, Kiandra

Aleckye and Nikolai Toledo, Zayian, Jordynn and Atlas Hartel, Madelyn and Landon Fendrich; brother, Jim (Lonna) Parker, of Albert Lea; sister, Marie (David) Ewing, of Kissee Mills, Missouri; brother-in-law, Keith Redman, of Albert Lea; and many nieces, nephews and their families.
