Thefts Reported

A BMX bike was reported stolen at 2:13 a.m. Thursday from a garage at 809 Minnesota Ave. It was later recovered on Crystal Drive.

A toolbox was reported stolen out of a locked garage at 3:55 p.m. Thursday at 1012 Fountain St.

Doors were reported missing off of a semi parked at 820 Happy Trails Lane at 8:35 a.m. Thursday.

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 7:34 a.m. Friday of fuel and batteries that had been stolen out of equipment. The address was redacted from the logs.

 

Window broken out of car

A window was reported broken out of a car at 5:28 p.m. Thursday at 904 Plaza St.

Police cited Omar Talan Wood, 18, for leaving the scene of a crash and no insurance after receiving a report of a hit-and-run crash near the parking lot entrance at 2000 Tiger Lane.
