Police arrested Wade Petters, 35, for driving while intoxicated at 8:35 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Bimelich Lane and Morningside Road.

A male wearing a clown mask reportedly took a vehicle by force at 9:39 p.m. Monday at 1918 Grand Ave.
