1 injured while cleaning gun

A person was injured Thursday afternoon after a reported accidental gunshot wound to the hand while cleaning a gun at 231 Concord St. in Emmons.

 

1 arrested on violation

Police arrested Matthew Dennis Smith, 31, on a probation violation at 2:35 p.m. Thursday at 2306 E. Main St.

 

Damage reported

Police received a report at 3:19 p.m. Thursday that a cable had been cut from a box and a screen door had been cut at 719 Cedar Ave. The incident reportedly happened a week prior.
