For decades, beginning at least since the Ronald Reagan presidency, the Republican Party lost its right to be called the party of conservatism. What is conservative about drowning the strongest democratic government in the history of the world in a GOP bathtub? 

What has GOP Rep. Bennett proposed to drown in her bathtub?

Obamacare, of course.  Obamacare includes the Medicaid expansion for the poorest Minnesotans, the elimination of denying health insurance to children and others with preexisting conditions, employer health insurance coverage for our children up to age 26, no time or money limits on coverage, Medicare recipients saving billions on prescription drug coverage, and everyone not covered by employer insurance can sign up for Obamacare health insurance.

Bennett wants to drown all of Obamacare and replace Obamacare with absolutely nothing. She articulates no actual details on replacement. Nothing conservative about drowning health care for thousands of Minnesotans in Bennett’s bathtub.

Bennett wants to drown public education in her bathtub. I don’t believe she actually articulates her own method for the drowning. Does she wait for and follow instructions from Betsy DeVos? We just heard about Bennett’s recent legislative proposals affecting public education for Minnesota children. Sure looks like DeVos could have written those proposals.
