The National Weather Service will be in Hartland today to determine if a tornado caused the severe damage seen in the city.
Damage assessment throughout the county will begin this morning.
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office is advising people to stay clear of the city unless you live in the city or are there to help clean up.
