The Minnesota Highway Safety Center is offering  two separate driver discount programs for anyone 55-years-old or older. 

One four-hour refresher course will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 15  at the Albert Lea Senior Center. 

The other four-hour course will be at Blooming Prairie High School from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on July 18.
