Benjamin and Mariah Kelly of Albert Lea announce the birth of their daughter, Belle Grace Kelly. Belle was born Jan. 14, 2023. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches. Grandparents are Karen McGill of Albert Lea and John and Robin Kelly of Albert Lea. She joins big brother, Boyd.
