Kiwanis gives donation to students in need

: The Albert Lea Noon Kiwanis Club, through a $500 grant through Freeborn Mower Electric Cooperative's Operation Roundup, recently donated socks, underwear and other clothing items to the Success Closet Program through the United Way of Freeborn and Mower counties. The program collaborates with school administration, success coaches, social workers and nurses to identify needs of students. The goal is to ensure all students ages 3 to 18 in both counties have access to vital resources such as hygiene supplies, clothing and outerwear. Provided
