Police arrested Joshua David Snitker, 42, for DWI and fleeing in a motor vehicle, after receiving a report of a man and a woman who were intoxicated who were attempting to buy alcohol at 12:47 a.m. Friday at 1210 E. Main St. 

Police arrested Kengel Josue Albizua Servilla, 24, for fourth-degree DWI, .08 alcohol content within two hours, no Minnesota driver’s license and a domestic abuse no contact order violation after a traffic stop at 12:34 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Main Street and the on-ramp to Interstate 35. 

Boat reported stolen

Deputies received a report at 9:56 a.m. Sunday of a 1978 14-foot boat that was stolen at 16684 710th Ave. in Albert Lea.

3 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Ethan Guy Reed, 34, on a Dakota County warrant at 3:14 p.m. Sunday at 20590 700th Ave. 

Police arrested Kelly Roger Bock, 59, on a local warrant at 6:24 a.m. Friday at 2222 E. Main St. 

Police arrested Spencer Adam Edwards, 34, on an Olmsted County warrant at 11:52 p.m. Friday at 2306 E. Main St. 

Vehicle reported stolen

Police received a report at 12:06 p.m. Friday of a stolen vehicle at 800 S. Fourth Ave. 

Juvenile cited for assault

Police cited one juvenile for fifth-degree assault at 12:41 p.m. Friday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St. 

Burglary reported

Police received a report of a burglary in progress at 5:43 p.m. Friday at 906 E. Ninth St. 

3 taken to hospital after crash

Three people were reportedly transported to the hospital after a crash at the intersection of Margaretha Avenue and East 14th Street at 6:59 p.m. Friday. The caller stated a semi reportedly did not come to a complete stop on 14th Street, causing another car to swerve and strike a street sign.

Theft by fraud reported

Police received a report at 1:54 p.m. Saturday of money that was fraudulently taken from a debit account of an Albert Lea resident.
