Two Austin residents were injured Friday afternoon after a vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 in Oakland Township.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jasmine Lee Flink Whelan, 27, and Daisy Raven Whelan, 24, were taken by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with injuries deemed not life-threatening.

The report stated Jasmine Whelan was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer westbound on I-90 at milepost 173 at 4:22 p.m. when the vehicle lost control and rolled.

A third passenger, a male infant, was not injured.

The roads were listed as snowy and icy at the time of the crash.
