The Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce posted on its Facebook page Thursday afternoon that the Big Freeze medallion has been found.

After reading the fourth clue, Bob Yaw of Albert Lea found the medallion on Y.H. Hanson Avenue near the Albert Lea High School sign, tucked under an evergreen bush on the east side.

“I just couldn’t believe it,” Yaw said. “I didn’t really know what exactly I was looking for either but wow, what a fun activity to take part in.

He received prize basket from area businesses.
