Police arrested Sean Richard Darcy, 26, for second-degree DWI and .08 alcohol content within two hours after receiving a report of a vehicle that swerved and hit a pole at 5:36 p.m. at 928 W. Front St. 

 

Injury reported in crash

One person was injured at 3:28 p.m. Monday after a vehicle rollover on 325th Street in Hartland. The driver was reportedly taking a personal vehicle to the emergency room. 

 

Gas drive-off reported

Police received a report at 9:43 a.m. Monday of a gas drive-off from Feb. 20 at 1820 Margaretha Ave.

 

Dog bite reported

A person was reported bitten by a dog while delivering a FedEx order at 12:45 p.m. Monday at 113 S. Fifth Ave. The dog had a previous bite Jan. 27.

 

Teen reportedly assaulted

Police received a report at 5:11 p.m. Monday of a 15-year-old boy who got jumped in the bathroom at McDonald’s, 609 E. Main St., by two juveniles. Another male also reportedly threatened his life. 

 

Juveniles cited for vape devices

Police cited one juvenile for possession of a marijuana vape on school grounds at 8:52 a.m. Monday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane. 

Police cited one juvenile for possession of a nicotine vape device on school property at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane. 

 

Storage unit broken into

Police received a report at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday of a storage unit that had been broken into overnight at 713 Spark Avenue. Several items were stolen, including hand tools, a toolbox, a speaker, subwoofer, amp and radio. 

 

Man arrested on warrants

Police arrested Spencer Mark Maskrey, 31, on Dakota County warrants at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday at 404 Fountain St. 

 

Man arrested for DWI after crash

Police arrested Cody Joseph Lake, 35, for third-degree DWI after receiving a report of a crash at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday on the west side of the road near West Plaza Street and 740th Avenue.
