A trailer was reported stolen at 12:35 p.m. Thursday behind 2102 E. Main St. The theft was believed to have occurred sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

Scam reported

Police received a report of a person who was out money to a scammer at 7:33 a.m. Thursday on Plainview Lane.

Passport reported stolen

Police received a report at 8:45 a.m. Thursday of a passport that was stolen from a residence at 1030 Cedar Ave. It was believed to have been stolen when the reporting party was out of town at the end of January.

Police arrested Amber Rodriguez, 36, on an arrest and detain hold at 3:06 p.m. Thursday at 302 E. Seventh St.

Shoplifter reported

Police received a report of a theft at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Police arrested Trevor Allen VanRyswyk, 45, on an arrest and detain hold at 11:36 a.m. Wednesday at 114 Morningside Road. 

2 juveniles cited for e-cigarettes, one for marijuana

Police cited one juvenile for possession of a nicotine e-cigarette device and possession of marijuana under 21 and a second juvenile for possession of a nicotine e-cigarette device at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday at Albert Lea  High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
