Police received a report at 6:03 a.m. Thursday of a stolen vehicle at 521 St. Peter Ave. It was reportedly stolen sometime between 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle was later located. Police received a second call that the same vehicle had been stolen again at 6:23 p.m. Thursday.

 

Juvenile cited for e-cigarette

Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 8:55 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Building broken into

A building was reported broken into at 12:58 p.m. Thursday at 1005 Ulstad Ave. Cupboards were rummaged through and checks were found to be missing.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Matthew John O’Connor, 55, on a Hennepin County warrant at 6:03 p.m. Thursday at 905 Madison Ave.
