St. John’s Spring Fling craft and vendor fair
St. John’s Lutheran Community will host their second annual Spring Fling craft and vendor show from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at the St. John’s Fountain Lake chapel. Shamrocks and Shenanigans with Papa Greezy
Celebrate a belated St. Patrick’s Day with Shamrocks and Shenanigans at 6 p.m. Saturday at Events at the Broadway in Albert Lea. Food will be provided by Cento, and there will be fun beverages including non-alcoholic options. The band Papa Greezy will perform live music starting at 7 p.m. Admission for the event is free.

Bean bag tournament
Albert Lea Moose Lodge 1703 — Chapter 1364 will host a bean bag tournament fundraiser benefiting the city’s new inclusive playground on Saturday. Cost is $20 per player or $40 for a team. People do not need to have to sign up with a partner to participate. Sign-up starts at noon with the tournament beginning at 1 p.m. There will also be a silent auction at the event.

Meat raffle for Ellendale Days
A fundraiser for the 125th Ellendale Days celebration will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at RJ’s on 5th Ave bar and grill, 217 Fifth Ave. in Ellendale. The event will be a meat raffle sponsored by Steve’s Meat Market and the Ellendale Days Committee.

Humane Society fundraiser in Clarks Grove
Support the Humane Society of Freeborn County by attending the Furry Friends fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Vintage Grove Co., 101 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove. There will be treats for people and pets as well as locally made pet bandanas, collars and bows.
