Deputies received a report at 2:50 p.m. Monday of a garage that was broken into sometime earlier in the day at 224 E. Lake St. in Emmons. The door had been kicked in.

 

Delivery van stolen

A 2000 Ford Econoline delivery van with Brick Furniture on the side in green lettering was reported stolen at 3:51 a.m. Monday at 227 S. Broadway.

 

Hit-and-run crash reported

Police received a report at 12:54 p.m. Monday of a hit-and-run crash that had occurred in mid-February at 210 E. Front St.

 

Juvenile cited for e-cigarette

Police cited a juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 1:38 p.m. Monday at 1601 W. Front St.

 

Mailbox broken into

A mailbox was reported broken into at 2:05 p.m. Monday at 920 W. Front St.

 

Online scam reported

Police received a report at 3:23 p.m. Monday of a person in Albert Lea who was scammed out of $700 in an online scam. The caller had attempted to buy a dog online.

 

Woman arrested on warrant

Police arrested Polly Marie Calhoun, 42, on an EOD warrant at 4:45 p.m. Monday at 2019 E. Main St.

 

Assault reported

Police received a report of an assault at 6:46 p.m. Monday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.

 

Shoplifter reported

Police received a report of a theft at 6:47 p.m. Monday at 201 W. Main St.
