It is an established fact if one tells a lie often enough it becomes accepted as the truth.

The Democrats with the help of Main Street media have perfected the practice of distorting the truth and lying with malice for decades. In reality the MSM is the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party.

I have been a news junky my entire life and have never witnessed the level of venomous distortion of fact (lies) that is now being broadcast as news.

Donald Trump is the target of the most vicious attacks ever directed at an American president. The fact that he has survived these attacks and persevered is a testimony to the man’s fortitude and love for America.

I continue to be amazed at the rage, animosity and hate that is embedded within the Democratic Party.

Democrats and MSM endlessly spew out the narrative that Trump’s goal is to cut taxes for billionaires, there by enriching himself. The truth is Trump does not need to lower taxes on the billionaire class. There are currently enough loopholes within the tax codes (established by Democrats) to enable the rich to avoid most taxes. Example, Jeff Bezos (Amazon) allegedly pays a tax rate of 1.1%. However, “if” the tax reductions established in Trump’s first term are allowed to expire, as Democrats are demanding, the average working family will see a tax increase of over $2,000.

The Democrats are also demanding higher corporate taxes, claiming Trump’s proposal to lower the corporate tax rate is nothing but a gift to the billionaire club. Please understand “Corporations do not pay taxes,” corporate taxes are passed through to the consumer as business expenses. Becoming a hidden tax on rich and poor alike.

Trump is proposing lower taxes on corporations that use American materials and workers to manufacture their products in America. Resulting in a more dependable pipeline for strategic goods and more high-paying jobs for Americans as corporations relocate back to America. This should not be a political football. Democrats should support this concept as it is the blue collar worker who will benefit the most.

There are three reasons why American corporations moved their factories overseas. 1. Corporate taxes became too high. 2. Federal rules and regulations made it difficult to establish or expand. 3. Unions demand for ever higher wages and benefits. It became a cascade effect. American-made products could not compete on the world market. America has been hemorrhaging manufacturing plants for over 60 years.

It’s a dog-eat-dog world. If a corporation can’t earn a reasonable return on its investment, it has two options: It can take its marbles and move to more hospitable country or it can close its plants. Either way the worker loses. Countries around the world are fighting tooth and nail to attract corporations to their countries.

If America is to survive as a prosperous free country, we must reject the radical left’s concept of socialism.

Americans must be allowed to “dream and reach for the stars.”
