Toy Sue Mehus, age 56, of Austin, died Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Our House Memory Care.

Toy Sue was born on February 25, 1969 to Betty Kruger and Lavern Olson in Austin, Minnesota.

Toy will be remembered for her contagious laugh and her energetic personality; what a joyful spirit she was.

She is survived by her children, Teressa Cotton, Tristan and Tiffany Mehus; sisters, Linda (Holgate) Stigney of Stillwater, MN, Dona (Kirk) True-Johnson of Stillwater, MN; brother; Verne (Norma) Olson of Dexter, MN; numerous nieces and nephews; grandparents, Kathleen and Harold Mehus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty (Holgate) Kruger and Lavern Olson; sister, Sylvia (Holgate) Wagoner; brothers, Richard Olson, Ray Olson, Kenneth Olson, Danny Kruger, and Bernard Olson.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 10 am to noon on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary followed by a reception. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
