4 departments respond to fire and other reports

Hollandale, Clarks Grove, Geneva and Hayward fire departments responded to a report of a house fire at 2:37 p.m. Wednesday at 408 Central Ave. S. in Hollandale. The back of the house and brush around the yard was burnt. One person was checked out by Mayo for smoke inhalation but not transported.

A city trailer was reported stolen at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday at 20532 810th Ave. in Hayward.

 

1 cited for assault, disorderly conduct

Police cited one juvenile for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Jewelry reported stolen

Deputies received a report at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday of jewelry stolen at 7300 220th St. in Albert Lea.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Deputies arrested Rachel Marie Petersen, 27, on a local warrant at 9:36 p.m. Wednesday at 24076 670th Ave. in Alden.

 

Vehicle rummaged through

Police received a report at 7:06 a.m. Wednesday of a vehicle that was rummaged through and items taken at 312 E. Sixth St.

 

1 arrested for driving after cancellation

Police arrested Ler Wah Guide, 41, for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety after a traffic stop at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday at 701 S. Broadway.

 

Theft reported

Police received a report at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday of a theft that had occurred at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

 

Vehicle reported stolen

A vehicle was reported stolen at 4:16 p.m. Wednesday at 308 Lloyd Place.

Police cited Carolyn Elizabeth Sternhagen, 64, for misdemeanor theft at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday at 1550 Blake Ave.
