HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Albert Lea Planning Commission will meet in City Hall Council Chambers, 221 E Clark St, Albert Lea, MN, 56007 at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 to consider the following:
1. Ordinance Amending Article IV, Sec. 50.0842 Definitions
2. Ordinance Amending Article IV, Sec. 50.0843 Administration and enforcement
3. Ordinance Amending Article IV, Sec 50.0846 Commercial districts
4. Ordinance Amending Article IV, Sec 50.0847 Industrial districts
5. Ordinance Amending Article I, Sec 50.0018 Accessory buildings, fences and site appurtenances
6. Ordinance Amending Article VI, Sec. 50.0938 Zoning design standards for specific zones and uses for cannabis, cannabis related businesses, liquor stores, sexually orientated businesses and predominantly tobacco and tobacco paraphernalia retail and processing related occupancies
7. Ordinance Amending Article III, Section 50.0402 Building design standards.
