Three storage units were reported broken into, with items missing at 6:52 p.m. Thursday at 81027 Freeborn County Road 46 in Hayward.

A door was reported broken and a lock missing on a storage unit at 9:29 p.m. Thursday at 401 Pilot St.

 

Damage reported at Fountain Lake Park

Police received a report at 6:56 a.m. Thursday of three lights and an electrical box that were damaged at Fountain Lake Park, 100 Fountain St.

 

School bus stop arm violation reported

Police received a report at 10:47 a.m. Thursday of a school bus stop arm violation that occurred at 3:15 p.m. April 2 near East Clark Street and Elizabeth Avenue.

 

1 cited for e-cigarette

Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 TIger Lane.

 

Criminal damage reported

Criminal damage was reported to a deck and lights at 2:31 p.m. Thursday at 514 E. Sixth St.

 

1 turns self in on warrants

Derrick Jacqueay Roberson, 46, turned himself in on warrants for Wabasha and Hennepin counties at 3:57 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

1 cited for theft

Police cited Christopher Hamilton Miller, 42, for misdemeanor theft after receiving a report at 4:10 p.m. Thursday of a theft of comic books at 115 S. Broadway.

 

1 arrested on A&D hold

Police arrested Brian Richard Lee, 62, on an arrest and detain hold at 9:35 p.m. Thursday at 1702 E. Hawthorne St.

 

Juveniles cited at high school

Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette on school property at 8:48 a.m. April 2 at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police cited one person for possession of marijuana under 21 at 9:39 a.m. April 2 at Albert Lea High School.

 

School bus stop arm violation reported

Police received a report at 2:52 p.m. April 2 of a vehicle that reportedly ran a school bus stop arm the day before near the intersection of West Front Street and Madison Avenue.

 

Graffiti reported

Graffiti was reported on the side of a building at 4:33 p.m. April 2 at 130 W. College St.

Police arrested Antonio Ray Lopez, 33, for domestic assault at 6:37 p.m. April 2 at 1419 Frank Ave.

Police arrested Sheldan Christian Luna, 29, on a probation violation at 8:21 p.m. April 2 at 1309 Dunham St.
