Police arrested Kelly Roger Bock, 60, on a harassment restraining order violation after a traffic stop at 9:03 a.m. Tuesday at 2618 Bridge Ave.

Police received a report at 11:32 a.m. Tuesday of a male who was reportedly seen in a video digging up flowers on Sunday at 401 St. Thomas Ave.

A bike was reported stolen at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday at 518 W. College St.

 

Juvenile cited for vape device

Police cited a juvenile for possessing a vape device on school property at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday at 1601 W. Front St.

Police received a report at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday of check forgery on the 500 block of Water Street.

 

1 arrested on warrant, cited for theft

Police arrested Taylor Jeanne Horsman, 33, on an Olmsted County warrant and cited Horsman for theft after receiving a report of suspicious people in the dressing room at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday at 2500 Bridge Ave. She was reportedly taking security tags off of clothes.
