A vehicle was reported broken into and a wallet taken at 5:09 p.m. Friday at 617 E. 10th St. The window was smashed to gain entry. Damage was believed to have occurred between 1:45 and 5 p.m.

A window was reported broken out of a van at 5:20 p.m. Friday at 1031 Bridge Ave.

 

Vehicle fire reported

Police received a report of a vehicle on fire at 6:01 a.m. Friday at 1550 Blake Ave.

 

1 cited for e-cigarette at school

Police cited one student for possession of an e-cigarette device on school grounds at 2:11 p.m. Friday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Hit-and-run crashes reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 7:34 p.m. Friday at 906 W. Front St.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 5:08 p.m. Saturday at 950 S. Third Ave. A juvenile was cited for hit-and-run.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 7:57 p.m. Saturday at 820 Happy Trails Lane.

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Morgan Lynn Turnbull, 18, for domestic assault at 8:21 p.m. Friday at 2206 Gene Ave.

 

Fraudulent charges reported

Fraudulent charges were reported on a bank card at 9:22 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of East Sixth Street.

 

Shoplifting reported

Police received a report at 5:09 p.m. Saturday of a theft that occurred that day at 1550 Blake Ave.

Police received a report at 5:28 p.m. Saturday of a theft that occurred on May 13 totaling over $500.

 

Rock thrown through window

Police received a report at 5:23 p.m. Saturday of a rock that was reportedly thrown through a window at 909 W. Clark St.

 

1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Wenfi Finonen, 31, for third-degree driving while intoxicated, alcohol content of .08 within two hours and no Minnesota driver’s license after a male reportedly drove through an intersection and then took out signs and kept going near Columbus Avenue and East Main Street.

 

2 cited for underage drinking, 1 for speeding

Police cited Ava Angelina Dahl, 20, and a juvenile for underage drinking after a report of two vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed at 3:56 a.m. Sunday near Bridge Avenue and East Hawthorne St. Tyson Kevin Fox, 18, was being mailed a citation for speed.

 

Identity theft reported

Police received a report at 11:06 a.m. Sunday of identity theft on the 500 block of East Eighth Street.

 

1 cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited Delbert Lavern Simpson, 75, for disorderly conduct after receiving a report of a male urinating outside at 2:11 p.m. Sunday on Seath Drive.
