Building supplies stolen and other reports

Deputies received a report at 2:16 p.m. Sunday of building supplies that were reported stolen at 22580 735th Ave. in Albert Lea. The theft was believed to have occurred overnight.

Police cited Jenna Elizabeth Weiss, 20, for underage consumption at 1:30 a.m. Friday near the intersection of East Clark Street and Lake Avenue.

 

1 arrested on alleged violation

Police arrested Francisco Jose Guerrero, 24, on an alleged probation violation after a traffic stop at 2:10 a.m. Friday at West College Street and Washington Avenue. 

 

Shoplifting, damage reported

Police received a report at 1:50 p.m. Friday of a male who had attempted to steal items and then attempted to shove the items in the toilet, causing damage, at 201 W. Main St. 

 

1 arrested on A&D hold

Police arrested Matthew Dylan Harmdierks, 35, on an arrest and detain hold at 3:36 p.m. Friday at 207 S. Pearl St. 

 

Assault reported

Police received a report at 7:57 p.m. Friday of a male who was punched in the face at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The suspect had left the store.

 

Storage units broken into

A storage unit was reported broken into at 1:16 p.m. Friday at 401 Pilot St. A sewing machine was taken and totes were rummaged through. It was unknown when the break-in occurred.

A storage unit was reported broken into at 11:16 a.m. Saturday at 601 Pilot St. Items were taken.

 

Dog bite reported

Police received a report at 11:25 a.m. Saturday of a dog bite that happened while the person was at the dog park at 501 W. Richway Drive. 

 

Thefts reported

Police received a report at 12:26 p.m. Saturday of two thefts that had occurred at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The first occurred Thursday and was valued at $9.96. The second occurred Friday and was valued at about $1,000.

 

Items reported stolen 

A push lawn mower was reported stolen at 4:36 p.m. Friday at 712 Valley Ave.

Police received a report at 1:41 p.m. Saturday of a camp stove that was stolen the day prior at 815 Minnesota Ave. 

A wallet was reported stolen at 10:46 p.m. Saturday at 219 S. Pearl St. It was last seen at about 5:17 p.m.

 

Damage reported

Police received a report at 9:44 p.m. Sunday of damage to a house at 210 S. Third Ave.
