Police received a report at 11:55 a.m. Friday of a hit-and-run at 607 Freeborn Ave.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 5:12 p.m. Saturday at 321 James Ave.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:22 a.m. Sunday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.
1 arrested on probation violation
Deputies held Quen Omaha Bena, 32, on an arrest and detain hold after a reported probation violation at 10:26 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.
1 arrested on warrant
Deputies arrested Carlos Bautista Cruz, 36, on a Mower County warrant after receiving a report at 11:02 p.m. Saturday of two people on the side of the road near 890th Avenue and 170th Street, Austin.
1 arrested for DWI
One individual was taken into custody for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a side-by-side rollover at 12:05 a.m. Sunday at 71767 154th St. in Albert Lea.
Scam reported
Police received a report at 8:55 a.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center, 411 S. Broadway, of a person who had lost $3,000 in a phone scam.
Theft by fraud reported
Police received a report of theft by fraud at 2:51 p.m. Friday at 712 Bridge Ave.
Kayak reported stolen
Police received a report at 7:36 p.m. Friday of a kayak that was stolen the night prior at 1002 Johnson St.
1 arrested for probation violation; 2 cited for underage drinking
Police arrested Pierre Anthony Curtis, 22, for an alleged probation violation and cited two individuals for underage consumption after receiving a report of a possible domestic incident at 1:08 a.m. Saturday at 715 S. Broadway.
Thefts reported
A theft from earlier in the day was reported at 1:59 a.m. Saturday at 2751 E. Main St.
Police received a report at 12:27 p.m. Saturday of a juvenile male who took several items at 2751 E. Main St.
Window broken out
A window was reported broken out at 2:54 a.m. Saturday at 908 Jefferson Ave.
Assault reported
Police received a report at 11:19 p.m. Saturday of an assault at 301 Giles Place.
Truck broken into
A truck was reported broken into and items taken at 12:24 p.m. Sunday at 611 W. Clark St.
1 taken to hospital after altercation
One person was reportedly taken to the hospital at 7:13 p.m. Saturday after a reported altercation at 503 Johnson Street.
1 arrested for driving while impaired
Police arrested Shee Lo, 35, of Clarks Grove for suspected driving while impaired after he reportedly went off the road and struck a car Sunday evening.
Police stated Lo was traveling westbound on Main Street when the crash occurred at 7:09 p.m. Sunday with a parked car off of Wedgewood Road. There was significant damage to the vehicle.
Police conducted a blood draw for suspected impairment.
