Kenneth was born on December 28, 1948, in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota to Albin and Clarice (Togstad) Grahn. On December 8, 1966, he was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Lynn Kugler in Sisseton, South Dakota. From this union, 4 children were born. They lived on the family farm where Ken grew up, then they moved and farmed various farms in Western Minnesota before moving to Myrtle in 1980. After the kids grew up Ken and Lynn moved to Oakland in 1999. He worked at Naeve Hospital, later Mayo Health systems, for 40 years before retiring in 2020.
Ken was a member of the Oakland Lutheran Church in Oakland, MN. He was a farmer at heart and loved International Tractors.
