Library to present program on state’s ag history

The Albert Lea Public Library invites the public to Bring Your Own Lunch and Learn on Thursday with the program, “Agricultural History of Minnesota” presented by historian and photographer Doug Ohman.
Learn more about the state’s rich agricultural heritage. Ohman will lead an exploration of rural Minnesota, where roots go deep and strong, starting with the Golden Age of Agriculture.
The program will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Council Chambers on the top floor of City Hall, 221 E. Clark St. There is no registration or fee required.
This program is made possible by the people of Minnesota through Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Library Legacy fund, in cooperation with the regional public library system, SELCO.
