Christina Rose Becker, 28, no address listed, was cited by Albert Lea police at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday for “deprivation of water/shelter to animal,” according to the police report. The charge is based on a dog found laying in the sun in back of a home in the 700 block of Frank Avenue. The report added that the dog was taken to the Albert Lea Veterinarian Clinic.

A radio was taken from a vehicle parked in the 2700 block of North Bridge Avenue, according to a report filed with the Albert Lea Police Department at 1 p.m. Wednesday. This radio was valued at $275, as listed on the report.
